In the Italian language “gelato” simply means “frozen”. We commonly translate the word into English to refer to ice cream. But the art of gelato goes far beyond to create the very finest in frozen desserts— a culinary marvel crafted with premium ingredients to achieve a deliciously sophisticated taste.
We make our gelato in small batches and very “hands-on”. Our flavours range from a wide range of delicious favourites to select daily decadent creations. We cut no corners in preparing our handcrafted gelato for you.
Gelato, unlike its North American counterpart (ice cream) is healthier and tastier. Our gelato is lighter than ice cream, but it has less air, making it denser and smoother, with a creamy consistency and a richer taste and about half the butter fat content of premium ice cream.
